The cabinets are made from particle board with a pine wood facing. The particle board is saturated with skanky moisture and still smells after extensive cleaning. I really want to tear it out...

However we compromise and just remove the nasty bottoms and sagging planks....

Clean heavily underneath, remove more pollutants, allergens, and plain old nasty shit, put my buddy latex on the floor and seal the corners

We spray the wallpaper until it saturates and lets loose, we work it with the scraper until it gives

Now the walls are bare and we can start afresh
